- 1/2 sdt gula pasir (cek rasa bs ditambah).
- 1 sdt garam (cek rasa bs ditambah).
- 1/2 sdt jintan bubuk.
- 1/2 sdt lada bubuk.
- 1/2 sdt kayu manis bubuk.
- 3 sdm saus tomat/pasta tomat.
- 2 buah tomat,buang biji +blender/cincang aja.
- 1/2 gelas air matang/santan jika suka lbh gurih legit.

- Siapkan bahan2.
- Goreng irisan terong dan kentang.
- Ulek bumbu (jika pake bahan2 fresh ya kyk saya g ada stok yg bubuk2 jd ulek2 dulu.. 🤭).
- Iris2 dan cincang2 bahan.
- Siapkan teflon panaskan minyak secukupnya tumis duo bawang hingga harum kmd masukkan ayam/daging cincang masak hingga ayam matang.
- Masukkan bumbu ulek/bumbu2 yg bubuk2 td ya.. aduk rata.
- Kmd masukkan pasta/saus tomat aduk rata.
- Masukkan tomat yg diblender/me: dicincang.
- Tumis hingga rata kmd masukkan air. masak hingga air agak menyusut. cek rasa jika sdh pas matikan api. saus siap....
- Siapkan teflon tata kentang kmd terong siram dg sausnya.
- Lanjutkan tata tomat dan bawnag bombay kembali siram sisa sausnya.
- Siap dipanggang dg api kecil ya selama kurleb 20 menit dg oven ato seperti saya juga bs pake teflon dg ditutup alumunium foil dg api kecil aja.
