- 1 sendok makan saus cabai bagi yg suka pedas.

Cara memasak Shaksuka
- Geprek bawang putih dan cincang kasar.
- Potong dadu kecil2 bawang bombay dan paprika.
- Potong tomat menjadi potongan kecil2.
- Buang biji dan Cincang halus cabai merah besar.
- Panaskan minyak di panci teflon ukuran 26 cm dgn dasar panci yg tebal.
- Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay bersamaan sampai layu.
- Masukkan cabai merah, paprika dan tunggu sampai paprika melunak.
- Masukkan jinten dan ketumbar yg sudah di haluskan.
- Masukkan tomat yg sudah di potong2 dan tomat pasta dan juga saus sambal.
- Tutup teflon dgn tutupan panci agar tomat cepat lunak aduk2 setiap beberapa menit.
- Setelah tomat lunak semua. Masukan telur satu persatu dengan membuat kantong di adonan tomat..
- Tutup kembali panci dan tunggu sampai telur matang dengan tingkat kematangan sesuai selera.
- Saya menambahkan keju chedar di atasnya setelah matang dan masih panas.
- Hidangkan dengan roti bakar garlic.
