Cara memasak ShakShouka Kids
- Cuci bersih sayur lalu potong2 kecil lalu iris2 bawang bawangan.
- Pecahkan telur lalu kocok beri garam.
- Siapkan teflon lelehkan mentega lalu tumis bawang bawangan dan tomat sampai loyo.
- Setelah loyo, lalu kecilakan api bentuk lingkaran di tengah teflon lalu tuang di tengahnya kocokan telur lalu masukan sayur2an di telurnya masukan juga potongan sosis masukan juga soas tomat sambil di oles di ratakan.
- Lalu biarkan agak kering tambahkan sedikit air sekeliling lingkaran teflon agar bawang2 tidak gosong setelah itu tutup sampai matang kurang lebih 5 menitan lalu buka tutup bila sudah terlihat kering matikan kompor.
- Lalu angkat dengan sudit pelan2 aja yaa tuang ke piring saji lalu taburin atasnya dengan keju.
